Irvine, CA – DisruptiX Talent Solutions is expanding its operations from San Diego to Orange County, offering specialized resources in accounting and finance for local businesses. The company, founded by Orange County native Jennifer McCasland, aims to revolutionize the finance industry by combining the advantages of automation with the necessity of genuine human connection.

The new office is located at 18500 Von Karman Ave., Ste. 150, Irvine, CA 92612, and can be reached at 949-833-8373. With 25 years of experience within the local economy, McCasland is poised to leverage her expertise to meet the growing demands for financial project solutions in the area.

In a separate initiative, the County of Orange has opted to implement the Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Suite for enhancing its finance and human resources (HR) processes. This decision will allow the county to standardize its operations, access expanded insights, and significantly improve efficiency across its various departments.

Orange County, the sixth largest county in the United States, serves a population of over 3 million residents and attracts 74 million visitors each year. With an annual budget exceeding $9.5 billion, the county’s operations are extensive, involving 34 cities and a multitude of services provided to its constituents. The implementation of Oracle Fusion Applications is designed to replace outdated customized on-premises systems, facilitating a more streamlined workflow.

According to the Auditor-Controller of Orange County, Andrew Hamilton, the selection of Oracle was made in consideration of long-term innovation and the strategic need for better financial management. The project is expected to enhance transparency, efficiency, and financial accountability across the county’s operations.

The Oracle Fusion Cloud applications will enable the automation of financial processes across 22 county departments. This includes the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM applications aimed at managing finance, HR, supply chain, and customer experience consolidated on a single cloud platform. In parallel, the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM is set to optimize HR operations for the county’s workforce of over 19,000 employees.

Deloitte Consulting has been appointed as the managing partner for the implementation of the Oracle Fusion Applications, tackling challenges posed by rising costs and increasing expectations from residents, as well as addressing the inefficiencies of outdated systems.

In an unrelated yet equally important initiative, Orange County has launched a new website called “Housing for All” to foster housing affordability and improve supply within the region. The effort highlights the county’s commitment to removing regulatory barriers and creating financial support for affordable housing projects.

The “Housing for All” website features interactive maps showcasing affordable housing developments and includes a progress report indicating that 2,961 affordable units have been created or preserved. Of these, 1,849 units have been financed by the Affordable Housing Trust Fund. The site also provides educational resources and FAQs pertaining to affordable housing to assist residents in understanding available options.

Through these initiatives, both DisruptiX Talent Solutions and Orange County are making strides in addressing key local needs—whether that be enhancing efficiency in financial processes or improving housing options for its residents. Each organization is positioned to considerably impact the local community’s economic landscape in their respective fields.
