During his time at university, he was an active member of the Sigma Nu fraternity, where his leadership qualities began to truly shine.

For the past seven years, Neal had made quite a name for himself at White Oak Global Advisors, taking on the role of Managing Director in their Asset-Based Lending practice. Colleagues and clients alike admired him not just for his sharp mind but also for his tireless work ethic and unwavering commitment to excellence. Outside of his professional life, Neal was a vibrant personality known for his quick wit and zest for adventure. He embraced life fully, finding joy in a variety of activities.
